These can be attached:

"Waggler Style" - Bottom end only - for fishing a bait sub-surface, amongst the feed dispersing from the feeder or "Controller Style" using the top eye to keep the whole line afloat whilst using a floating bait such as bread crust, dog biscuit or floating maggots.

This can be filled with floating feed, which once on the surface will attract cruising fish to your hook bait.
